3. Scoring and report options

Deviation giving a zero deviation score

Default: 5°. A reading of 0° scores 5/5; the score reduces evenly to 0/5 at this value.

Include the element score overview in the preview and DOCX. Show original photo filenames in the report. Start each element on a new page.

Calculation: condition inputs are averaged; deviation inputs are converted to 0–5 and averaged; the available condition and deviation components are then averaged. Each element contributes once to the overall score, regardless of how many inputs it contains.
Bands: Good 4.0–5.0 · Fair 3.0–3.9 · Poor 2.0–2.9 · Significant concern below 2.0.

4. Check and export

The complete ZIP contains the DOCX, XLSX, report data and the photographs included in the report.
